We hope this message finds you well. Thank you to everyone for being understanding as we navigate the new system. We're excited to announce that registration for returning students for the 2023-2024 school year is now open.

Starting today, July 24, 2023, at 12:00pm, we invite you to create an account and register your students. Please follow these simple steps:

Visit https://bcsd.powerschool.com and click on the "Create Account" tab followed by the "Create Account" button.

Fill out the top section of the form. We encourage you to use your personal email address for this.

Under the "Link Students to Account" section, include all your returning students. You will need to fill in the Student's Name, Access ID, and Access Password.

Access ID is your student's legal first name followed by their birth month and day. For example, if your child's name is Susan and her birthday is February 1st, the Access ID would be Susan0201

The password follows the format of the first initial of the first name, followed by the same birth month and day with two "!!" after. So in the above example, the password would be S0201!!

Please note, these Access IDs and Passwords are ONLY used for the purpose of account creation and won't be needed after this step.

After completing these steps, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to finalize your account creation.

You can then log into your parent account at https://bcsd.powerschool.com 

Inside the account, you'll see a section for Forms on the left side. Under this section, navigate to the Enrollment tab and fill out the required forms. You will only be shown forms that are required, so don’t worry if there are “missing” forms in the order. If you prefer to complete the forms in Spanish, go to Account Preferences, select Spanish under "Select Language," and click "Save."
