Wolverines Lose: 0 - 0
We only played pool play at this tournament due to the no overnight trips currently for us. Pool play consisted of two sets only.
Vs Shelley
Won 25-22, lost 18-25
Willa Laski 5 kills, Jette award 4 aces
Vs Marsh Valley
Won 25-10, 25-10
Willa Laski 8 kills, Sophia Vandenberg 5 aces, Samantha Chambers 3 aces, 3 kills, 21 assists
Vs Rigby
Won 26-24, lost 21-25
Willa Laski 6 kills, Caroline Seaward 9 digs
Ended up finishing second in the pool due to a three way tie for first. Would have gone on the play Gold Bracket Saturday. We are grateful to be playing and competing. Made a few line up changes and we are looking better already. We gave way too many points away with missed serves on Friday, but are learning how to respond and fight back when down. Excited for the conference play ahead this week

Wolverines Win: 3 - 0
Started with a different lineup tonight and were able to come out with a solid win. The ladies are working hard at staying competitive and disciplined and really striving to get better each and every point.
Willa Laski led us with 14 kills
Natalee Morse 7 kills and 3 blocks
Samantha Chambers 29 assists, 6 kills, 2 aces
Sophie Vandenberg had 2 aces and 9 digs and passed the ball tremendously well
Excited to get some more court time at the Peg Peterson tomorrow

Great first match missing a couple of key players. Came out strong and built on each point. Still working on some line up kinks and will continue to get better and better. Came from 7 behind in the 3rd set for the match win!!
