Uniform & Gear turn-in procedure

1.  Must be in a sealed/closed plastic bag

2.  Outside of bag:  Student name and sport (DO NOT STAPLE PLEASE) use a sharpie, tape, etc. to attach

3.  Inside of bag:  Student name, sport, and every item enclosed 

Monday 11-2 - 9th and 10th graders

Tuesday 12-3 - 11th & 12th graders
