Wolverines Win: 63 - 51
Varsity boys beat Jerome 63-51 on Friday night. Always a very good win beating Jerome at their place. Davis Ros had a career best 20 points (8/13 shooting) - 6 rebounds / Walter Kriesien 9 points - 4 rebounds - 4 assists only 1 turnover / Johnny Radford 27 points (8/14 shooting 9/9 from the free-throw line) - 9 rebounds - 6 steals / Great contributions from Kade Heitzman - 2 blocks and many changed shots / Edgar Salamanca great energy- defense / We are 5-0 with McCade Parke in the starting lineup.....
We are 6-3 in league and 9-7 overall with a five game win streak..... We play at home on Wednesday vs Canyon Ridge....

Get out your brooms.. Three game program Sweeeep vs Buhl (C Team / JV / V won by double digits)...
C Team is on a two game win streak and easily could be three (lost in the last two minutes at Mountain Home) JV's are winners of the last two out of three (lost on a buzzer beater last Thursday - could easily be three game win streak)
Varsity is on a four game win streak.... As a team we out-rebounded Buhl and had a positive assist (19) to turnover (7) ratio. Lead by Walt Kriesien 9 points - 8 assists only 1 turnover - 5 rebounds (Drammond Green type contribution / ask Zellers about the context ) Kade Heitzman 7 rebounds - 3 assists - zero turnovers / Isai Mendoza scored his first basket of the season ! / Davis Ros 6 points - 3 rebounds / Johnny Radford 38 points 16/24 from the floor - 10/12 2 pt field goals - 6/12 3 pt field goals.
We are 4-0 with Sophomore McCade Parke in the starting lineup.... We play at Jerome this Friday....

Wolverines Win: 66 - 61
The WRHS Varsity Basketball team had a 66-61 win over Century. The team shot 50% from the floor with 11 made threes / 11 assists to 8 turnovers (really good). Had three players in double figures - Davis Ros 15 points 6/8 from the floor, Walt Kriesien 13 points, Johnny Radford 31 points 11/16 from the floor. Huge rebounds down the stretch by McCade Parke, Kade Heitzman (made two free-throws at a critical time/big assist to Davis Ros in the last two minutes), Johnny Radford offensive rebound off missed free-throw with 7 seconds on the game clock.

Wolverines Win: 50 - 43
It was slow going getting home from Mountain Home, we didn't get back until midnight! However, Varsity and JV won. Owen Stouffer had a last second put back at the buzzer for a JV 53-51 win. Varsity won 50-43. We are 2-0 since McCade Parke has become a starter.

Wolverines Win: 39 - 38
We beat Twin Falls 39-38 at Home. Walt K made a free-throw with seven seconds left to go up by four. As well as Kade Heitzman made two free-throws down the stretch. Johnny Radford had 23 and 22 points the past two games. He has passed Brian Homer to become the second all-time leading scorer in school history...

54-46 We beat Jerome. 3-1 Overall / 2-0 in Conference / 3 game win streak. Walt Kriessien Scored 11 points / 5 rebounds. Elias Svenngunsen had 6 rebounds off the bench. Kade Heitzman had 2 Blocks / Changed many shots / 5 rebounds. Davis Ros 8 points / 4 Rebounds. Johnny Radford 29 points / 5 rebounds / 4 Steals. Great team effort.

On the road again… Boys beat Buhl 60-48. We are 2-1. Walt Kriessien filled the stat sheet. 13 points / 7 rebounds / 5 assists. Kade Heitzman had 8 blocks / 7 rebounds / 6 points / two bloody noses…. Davis Ros had 15 points. Johnny Radford had 22 points / 5 rebounds

Wolverines Win: 62 - 47
On the road at Canyon Ridge Friday, we won 62-47. A great team effort. Walter Kriesien had a team high 7 rebounds, played great interior defense, 4 assists and 1 turnover . Davis Ros had 13 points and 5 rebounds. Kade Heitzman had 5 rebounds. Isaac Esparza had 5 rebounds off the bench. Johnny Radford had 34 points and two charges.

Wolverines Lose: 59 - 70
On Wednesday we lost a road game to Kimberly in overtime 59-70. An amazing feat to get to overtime with 23 turnovers and being outrebounded. It is a testament to our kids hanging together and playing through adversity. Johnny Radford broke the single game boys scoring record with 47 points. Breaking the old record of 42 held by Brad Jacques “88” graduate.
